I arrived in dense fog and was directed to the correct path by someone at the ropeway station. Sadly, the fog was too thick to see Mount Fuji or the lake. The women's bath was lovely, especially the outdoor part, except for product ads in the dressing room. The dinner included in the rate was good, as was breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.”
